Breakdowns
Below the headline numbers on the Analytics page, a set of ranked lists breaks your revenue down by what sold, who bought, how they paid, and where your customers are. Each list is ordered so your biggest contributors sit at the top, and every list respects the time period you have selected.
Drilling in
The breakdown lists are not just for reading. Click any row and it becomes a filter on the whole Analytics page, so every metric and chart narrows to just that item. For example, click a product to see the revenue, orders, and trend for that product alone, or click a customer to see only their activity. Add more filters to combine them, or clear a filter to go back to the full picture. This turns the breakdowns into a quick way to answer "how is this one thing doing".
Payment link performance
The Payment Links list ranks your payment links by how much they drove, showing the number of sales and the revenue for each. This tells you which links and campaigns are actually converting, so you can see which of your shared links pull their weight. See Payment links.
Top products and customers
Two lists show your best performers:
- Top Products: your best sellers, each with its image, total revenue, and units sold. This is where you see what is actually driving the business.
- Top Customers: your biggest spenders, each with their revenue and number of transactions. Useful for spotting your most valuable customers.
Payment methods
The Payment Methods list breaks sales down by how customers paid, ranking card brands (Visa, Mastercard, and so on) and wallets (like Apple Pay and Google Pay) by revenue and transaction count. It shows you the mix of how people are paying you.
Locations
The Locations list shows where your revenue comes from geographically. A toggle switches between Countries, Regions, and Cities, each ranked by revenue and transactions. This helps you understand where your customers are, which is useful for shipping, tax, and marketing decisions.
