Searching your workspace

Search is the fastest way to find anything in Paysio. It looks across your whole workspace at once, so you do not need to remember which section something lives in.

Opening search

• On a computer, click the search button at the top of the sidebar, next to your workspace name.
• On a phone, tap Search in the bottom bar.

The search page opens with the box already focused, so you can start typing right away.

What you can search

One search covers all of these at the same time:

• Transactions, by order number, amount, customer name or email, or card last four digits.
• Customers, by name, email, or phone.
• Subscriptions, by customer or status.
• Payouts, by recipient or reference.
• Products, by name.
• Payment links, by name or web address.
• Discounts, by code.

Results are grouped by type, and a running total shows how many were found.

Suggestions before you type

Before you type anything, search shows a few recent transactions, customers, and subscriptions, so your most common lookups are one click away.

Jumping to a result

Click any result to open its detail page. From there you can take the next action, such as issuing a refund or viewing a customer's history.

Search and sandbox mode

Search follows the mode you are in. When sandbox mode is on, search returns only sandbox records. When you are live, it returns only live records. If you cannot find something, check which mode you are in.
