Your profile
Some settings belong to you rather than to a workspace. Your profile is your personal identity in Paysio, and it is shared across every workspace you are part of, so updating it once applies everywhere. It is separate from a workspace's own name and logo, which are covered in General settings.
Name and avatar
On the Profile page you set:
- Name: your display name. This is how you appear to teammates, for example on conversations you handle in the inbox.
- Avatar: click your avatar to upload a photo. It shows next to your name across the app.
Your email is shown here too, but it is read-only. It is the address you sign in with, so it is not changed from this page. Click Save after editing your name.
Appearance
Your theme is a personal preference, set on the Appearance page. Under Theme, pick how the app looks from a set of preview cards:
- Light: the default bright theme.
- A range of dark themes with different tints: Graphite, Navy, Purple, Teal, Forest, and Crimson.
Selecting a theme applies it immediately. Because it is a personal, per-device preference, it is remembered on the device you set it on and does not change what your teammates or customers see.
