Notifications
Notifications let you stay on top of payments and support without sitting on the dashboard. On the Settings > Notifications page you choose what Paysio alerts you about and where those alerts go.
Push notifications
Two switches control the push alerts Paysio sends to your device:
- New transactions: get a push whenever a payment comes in, so you know the moment you make a sale.
- Inbox messages: get a push when a customer sends a new message in your inbox.
Turn each on or off independently. Changes save on their own as you toggle them.
Transaction emails
Beyond push, you can have Paysio email a set of addresses whenever a new payment is made. This is useful for looping in people who are not in the dashboard, such as an accountant or a shared team address.
Type an email and click Add (or press Enter) to add it to the list, and use the trash icon to remove one. You can add up to 20 addresses, and every one of them gets an alert for new payments.
Support chat emails
Separately, you can have Paysio email addresses whenever a customer writes in through support chat. This makes sure someone sees an incoming question even if no one has the inbox open.
It works the same way: add up to 20 email addresses, each of which receives an alert for new support chat messages, and remove any you no longer want.
Keeping these two email lists separate means you can send payment alerts and support alerts to different people, so each goes to whoever should handle it.
