Your balance
The Balance page shows the money held in your Paysio account and every movement in and out of it. This balance is part of Paysio Debit & Payouts, so it is what you use to send money and pay people out. If you have not set that up yet, the page shows Not connected with a button to connect Paysio Debit & Payouts first.
Available vs pending
At the top, your balance is split into three figures:
- Available balance: the money you can use right now, to send or pay out.
- Pending in: money on its way into your balance. This covers payments that have not settled yet and settled payments whose funds are still clearing to your account. Card payments usually clear within a few hours, and bank payments take a few business days. It all becomes available once it lands.
- Pending out: money on its way out that has left your available balance but has not fully settled at the destination yet.
The available figure is the one that matters for what you can do today. Pending amounts are shown so you can see what is still in flight.
The activity feed
Below the balance, Recent activity lists every movement. You can filter it with three tabs:
- All activity: everything, in and out.
- Money in: only funds coming into your balance, such as top-ups and money-in settlements.
- Money out: only funds leaving, such as payouts and money you send.
Each row shows the amount, its direction, and when it happened, so you can trace exactly how your balance got to where it is.
Adding money
To top up your balance, click Add money. Choose a linked card or bank account to pull from, enter an amount, and confirm. A fee applies to funding, and the popup shows it so you can see the amount that will actually land in your balance before you confirm. Once it goes through, the funds appear in your balance.
Sending money out
The Send money button next to Add money gives you two ways to pay someone from your balance:
- Send money manually: pay a recipient directly. See Sending money.
- Send via link: create a payout link the recipient claims themselves. See Payout links.
Both draw from your available balance.
Live updates
The Balance page updates in real time. As money moves in or out, for example when a top-up settles or a payout completes, the available and pending figures and the activity feed update on their own, without you refreshing. So the numbers you see are always current.
