Workspaces

A workspace is one business inside Paysio. It holds that business's payments, products, customers, settings, branding, and team. You can have more than one, and each is kept completely separate.

Switching between workspaces

  1. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.
  2. In the popup, click the workspace you want. The current one has a checkmark next to it.
  3. Paysio takes you to that workspace's dashboard.

If you have many workspaces, type in the search box at the top of the popup to filter the list by name.

Creating another workspace

Create a separate workspace when you run a second business or brand that should not share data with the first.

  1. Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar.
  2. Click Create workspace.
  3. Enter a name for the new business.
  4. Click Create workspace.

Paysio switches you into the new workspace right away.

What is kept separate

Nothing is shared between workspaces. Each one has its own:

  • Payments, customers, products, and orders.
  • Payment processor and payout accounts.
  • Branding, custom domain, and settings.
  • Team members and their access.
  • API keys and webhooks.

Switching workspaces changes everything on screen to that business. Sandbox mode is also tracked separately for each workspace.

Your workspace address

Each workspace has a short slug based on its name, for example "acme-supply". You will see it in your dashboard web address. It is created automatically when you name the workspace.
