Create your account

Paysio does not use passwords. You sign in with a short code sent to your email, so there is nothing to remember and nothing to lose. Setting up takes about two minutes.

Step 1: Enter your email

1. Go to the sign-up page.
2. Type your email address.
3. Click Continue.

Paysio sends a six-digit code to that email.

Step 2: Enter your code

1. Open the email from Paysio and find the six-digit code.
2. Type the code into the boxes on the screen. It usually verifies as soon as you enter the last digit.
3. If it does not verify on its own, click Verify code.

If the code does not arrive within a minute:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Click Use a different email to go back, then click Continue again to send a fresh code.

Each code is only valid for a short time. If too long passes, just request a new one.

Step 3: Create your workspace

The first time you sign in, Paysio asks you to create a workspace. A workspace is your business inside Paysio. It holds your payments, products, customers, and settings.

1. Enter a name for your business, for example "Acme Supply".
2. Paysio shows the short workspace slug it will use in your dashboard address, based on the name.
3. Click Create workspace.

You land on your dashboard, ready to go.

Signing in later

Every time you come back, you sign in the same way: enter your email, then the six-digit code. Paysio keeps you signed in on that browser, so you will not need a code every single visit.
